Requirements: The perfect candidate will have a profound knowledge of how to grow followers on Facebook and Instagram through the execution of online viral marketing initiatives. They will have a strong understanding of the creative process with the ability to design and create social media posts and digital ads.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the social media landscape and is capable of explaining to clients the necessity of developing a good social media plan that will help them grow their business online.
• Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager is a must.
• Analytics and engagement tracking is a must.
• Graphic design experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in web content design is a must.

The primary role of the Account Support Specialist will be to assist our sales team with fulfilling client requests for business website design options and answering emails with regards to social media and online advertising opportunities. They will be the primary support contact for clients who have purchased online marketing products and digital advertising services as well as insuring the fulfillment of contract obligations and deliverables.

Requirements: The perfect candidate will be proficient with Google G suite for business, comfortable with using online screen sharing software, managing schedule requests, and is an excellent communicator when speaking to clients over the phone and by email. Having a strong understanding of the online advertising landscape that includes marketing terms related to social media and digital marketing is a necessity.

Web Designer

The web designer will work out of our Montreal, Canada office location.  They will be part of our web development department and responsible for building websites for clients based on web design requirements that are outlined in contracts.  The web designer should be an excellent communicator who is eager to adapt and learn RankWorks’ web development standards.  The perfect candidate will be able to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:  The perfect candidate will be proficient in front-end web development.  They must be aware of the latest web design trends and technologies.

• 3 to 5 years experience working in web design.
• 3 to 5 years working in front-end web development.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Expert in WordPress.
• Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other wire-framing tools.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop fully responsive websites using today’s best web design standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain front-end applications using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare layouts and mock-ups for client presentations.
• Perform software and code updates.

Salary:  $35,000 to 45,000 / year plus bonuses.

The Google Ads Specialist will work out of our Montreal, Canada office location. They will be responsible for setting up Google Ads campaigns and creating effective custom Google ads that will drive online traffic and conversions for our clients. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations, managing advertising budgets, building reports, and analyzing market opportunities.

Requirements: The perfect candidate will be proficient with the Google Ads platform, understands key performance metrics, and has a good understanding of the online advertising landscape.

• Experience with Google Analytics is a must.
• Experience with building and managing PPC ad campaigns is a must.
• Graduates degree in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design or equivalent related experience is a must.
