These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or browse the Site. They do not govern use of any RankWorks software platform, managed services, or AI-enabled products — those activities are governed separately by the Master Services Agreement.

2. About RankWorks

The Site is operated by RankWorks Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, with its principal place of business in Québec, Canada.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of RankWorks Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The RankWorks name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of RankWorks Inc. You may not use any RankWorks mark without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Site content solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This license does not include the right to download, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any Site content.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Site to:

7. AI-Powered Tools on the Site

Certain features available on the Site — such as free visibility audits, AI-generated scores, or grading tools — utilize artificial intelligence and machine-learning models. Outputs from these tools are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate.

These tools are provided for informational purposes only. RankWorks does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated output.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any information generated by AI tools on the Site. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, technical, or professional advice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RankWorks does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankWorks Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it.

In no event shall RankWorks' total liability to you for all claims arising from use of the Site exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
